Warner Institute has delivered high quality, whole person learning since 2005, to a broad range of community care organisations including many aged care and disability service providers.
We’ve created a suite of unique nationally accredited qualifications, skill sets, and customised courses based on what our clients have told us that they need – and our content goes beyond just the certificate. The structure and delivery of our learning programs are strongly grounded in current reality. They link to critical organisational issues including increasing productivity, assisting with growth, enhancing employee engagement and engendering a mindset of excellence.
Our programs are facilitated by people with real-world hands on experience from having worked in the community services sector. We offer multiple scheduling options, confirmed well in advance, to minimise the impact on rosters and help ensure our students keep a healthy home/work/study balance and support high completion rates. A whole person approach, including mindfulness and resilience tools, are embedded into the program delivery to ensure that what is learnt in each and every session is utilised back within the workplace from the next day – it’s learning that sticks.
