ACCPA’s 2023 Year in Review offers a comprehensive overview of activities and accomplishments within the sector and under the advocacy of ACCPA’s efforts.

Notable aspects include the Federal Government’s significant investment of $12.4 billion in the aged care sector, addressing key challenges.

The government’s commitments to fully fund pay increases for over 250,000 aged care workers, totaling an additional $11.3 billion, and the 5.75 per cent Fair Work Commission Annual Wage Review decision further contribute to the narrative.

These developments are presented within the report to highlight positive impacts and progress within the sector, aligning with the ACCPA goals.
