What CHSP Providers Need to Know about the Aged Care Quality Standards & Quality Review Process

ACCPA SSD actively supports organisations delivering Commonwealth Home Support (CHSP) services to have a robust understanding of the current Aged Care Quality Standards, including how they apply to CHSP service delivery.  The proposed workshops will support Commonwealth Home Support (CHSP) service providers in NSW & SA to be positioned for success and to evidence how their service meets the required Quality Standards during a Quality Review.

The purpose is to provide an opportunity for CHSP aged care providers to attend a face-to-face workshop with peers, facilitated by industry experts which, through sharing of content and case studies, will enable participants to more deeply understand the Quality Standards, how they apply to CHSP services and consider what changes participants may need to make within their service / organisation to ensure they can evidence compliance with the Standards during Quality Reviews.
