ACCPA support and advice for Members
With the aged care landscape shifting rapidly, it can be challenging to keep up with the latest developments impacting the sector. At ACCPA, we pride ourselves on being a trusted source of information, support and advice for Members on all aspects of aged care policy and operations.
As part of your ACCPA membership you are connected with our expert advisors who are industry-experienced in residential aged care, home care and community care, retirement living, seniors housing and NDIS services.

How to get in touch

National Support
Our nationwide presence enables ACCPA to have national consistency with local relevance for Members. Our Policy and Advocacy Team provides responsive thought and policy leadership across all levels of government, while engaging directly with Members and stakeholders through various channels. Members contribute to ACCPA’s national advocacy work through various groups and forums, online communities, campaigns and surveys.
Covid-19 Support
ACCPA provides information and support to assist Members with
the prevention and management of Covid-19, including a fortnightly Health and
Quality e-newsletter. We also advocate to government and the Department of
Health on Covid-19 related issues and provide individual Member support and
advice through our state offices.
Local Support
ACCPA advisors assist Members with general and individual advice, and can also offer jurisdictional guidance. Our State Managers (based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Hobart) are often the first point of contact for Members as they host local forums, meetings and discussions. State Managers also engage with local government departments and stakeholders on jurisdictional advocacy issues.
Fee for Service Consultancy
ACCPA understands the day-to-day challenges faced by providers. Our consultants offer fee-for-service guidance which goes beyond the advisory support included in ACCPA membership. We offer detailed business reviews, workforce capacity building and continuous improvement advice that is centred around culture, leadership, governance, quality and risk management.
